DTU Bioengineering will host its 6th annual symposium on 30 October 2025, with the theme of microbiome engineering.
This event will bring together leading scientists, researchers, and industry experts in the field to explore the latest advancements in microbiome engineering and the analysis of microbiomes.
Microbiome engineering holds great promise for harnessing and manipulating microbial communities and entire microbiomes for beneficial applications. These applications span a range of areas, including sustainable agriculture, environmental management, bio-based production, and more.
The symposium’s diverse program is designed to foster synergies across different fields, systems, and methodologies, while demonstrating the transformative potential of microbiome engineering solutions. Notably, the symposium will focus on non-human microbiomes, emphasizing environmental and industrial applications.
We encourage entry-level scientists to sign up with a poster. Poster submission deadline has lapsed.
The symposium is free of charge, but registration is required.
