Explore the future of hospital financing through realistic yet fictional scenarios that reflect tomorrow’s challenges in this interactive and engaging workshop. Working in small groups and guided by IHF partners, participants will focus on possible financial difficulties, create strong and smart funding ideas, and then share solutions with the other groups. Accelerating sustainability through peer learning and strategic action
Explore how the Sustainability Accelerator Tool (SAT) enables high-impact progress on sustainability in your organization and advances knowledge sharing and learning among your hospital leaders. This interactive session will present the importance of addressing sustainability in hospitals and outline the sector-specific guidance and capacity strengthening support available. Several hospitals currently using the SAT for quality improvement will share their experience in a series of roundtable discussions, enabling participants to gain insights about strategic planning for action on sustainability, and to learn from the challenges and good practices of their peers.
