The outbreak spans Arizona (3 cases), California (63), Kentucky (1), Nebraska (2), New Jersey (2), Nevada (4), and Washington (4), with illnesses reported between Feb. 24 and May 17, 2025. Six people in Kentucky, New Jersey, and Washington reported travel to California or Nevada before becoming ill, suggesting they may have been exposed while traveling
