Abstract
About 80% of antibiotics in the U.S. are used in animal farming—mainly to speed up growth, not to treat sickness. And 70% of those drugs are vital for human health. The problem? Resistant bacteria don't stay on the farm. They travel through our food, water, and even the air. When they spread, infections become harder and more expensive to treat. What happens on the farm affects us all. Let's protect antibiotics. Let's support a One Health approach.
