Abstract
Antimicrobial resistance (AMR) is escalating and outpacing current antibiotic development. Here, we introduce ApexOracle, an artificial intelligence (AI) model that both predicts the antibacterial potency of existing compounds and designs de novo molecules active against strains it has never encountered.
