Abstract
A team from the Department of Electronics, Information and Bioengineering of the Politecnico di Milano, led by Dr. Andrea Moglia, has developed the first online application that helps identify which artificial intelligence model is best suited to create 3D images of every individual organ. Another interesting feature is the option of sorting the models according to their ability to generate images of tumors and lesions, including those resulting from strokes and ischemia. As Dr. Moglia went on to explain, The generalist AI models used in the medical field are trained on a huge and extremely varied set of images of the human body. They have recently proven in many cases to be just as effective as the specialist models, deliberately designed to generate images of a particular organ using one or a few datasets."
