Sault Area Hospital is limiting the visiting hours on medical unit 3C due to a Carbapenemase-Producing Enterobacteriaceae outbreak. CPE are bacteria that are resistant to many antibiotics, including carbapenems, and are considered a type of superbug," the hospital said in a news release."
