Abstract
That's why I share my Bioinformatics tool for staphylococcus aureus tracking and surveillance. Staphscope utilizes three established tool to type any staphylococcus aureus pathogen . Conda installation highly recommended because the tool is bundled with all databases. I am Biochemist and I aspire to employ data driven approaches and technology to combat AMR across all sectors including oncology. I am open to connect more with researchers aiming to combat AMR.
