Abstract
✨ In my last post, I shared how bacteria communicate through quorum sensing — using chemical signals to coordinate their actions. 🏙️🧫 When enough of them gather, quorum sensing helps them coordinate their behavior and form something remarkable: a biofilm. 🔹 A biofilm is a structured community of bacteria embedded in a self-produced slimy matrix. 🔹 Within a biofilm, bacteria become more resistant to antibiotics, biocides, and immune attacks.
