Abstract
Anti-inflammatory drugs like ibuprofen, along with antibiotics, antiviral medications, and vaccines, were associated with a reduced risk of dementia, according to a new systematic review. Dementia affects more than 55 million people worldwide at an estimated global cost of more than $1 trillion, and up to 70% of those people have Alzheimer's disease.
