Abstract
We characterized the sources and volumes of clinical cultures with Candida auris. Blood cultures were the most common specimen. The proportion of blood cultures from the total of cultures has recently decreased. Bone and soft tissue specimens had the largest percentage of increase. The volumes of clinical cultures increased every year and infection sources expanded.
